Green sustainability process for environmental protection: application of Box Behnken design modelling for eco-friendly biosorption and biodegradation process of Lanasol red B using macro-algae bio-sorbents and microbial strains collected from Jeddah

In this study we propose to apply a modelization process by optimizing multi-parameter combinations using MiniTab software. In order to found the best conditions, Box Behnken factorial design (BBD) combining four factors with three level for each factor (low, medium and high) and the response surface methodology will be considered to optimise the elimination of coloured effluent containing Lanasol red B, largely used in textile factory, by combination of green biosorbents obtained form macroalgae, and acclimated microbial species isolated from red sea In Jeddah.
