Identification and isolation of new probiotics

More than a century after the discovery of probiotic strains, the food and dairy industries are increasingly looking to improve their products with these beneficial bacteria. This study aimed to analyze the potential characteristics of Iranian native probiotics and to evaluate the safety of native probiotic Lactobacillus isolated from native dairy to discover the potential of producing additives for food and dairy industries and livestock and poultry feed.
