Stylophora pistillata Assembly

In this research we subject a sub-tropical Red Sea coral and a temperate coral from the Mediterranean, to a slow, chronic temperature increase (mimicking the annual rate), together with the low pH values (7.8) expected by the end of the century in a long-term experiment and analyze the response by ‘in silico’ high-throughput Illumina barcoding sequencing techniques, aligned with bioinformatics and physiological tools.
