Effect of bacterial immigration for local lake bacterial community composition dynamics

The aim of this study is to investigate the various routes of bacterial immigration (surface and groundwater inflow, dry and wet atmospheric deposition, and in-lake re-suspension) and their respective quantitative and qualitative importance for lake bacteria community composition.
