Bacterial community composition of the sea grape Caulerpa lentillifera

The bacterial community composition based on the hypervariable region V3-V4 of the 16 rRNA gene was studied in the sea grape or green caviar Caulerpa lentillifera under two conditions: diseased and healthy. Thalli of C. lentillifera were sampled in the aquaculture facilities of a company in Vietnam.
