Identification of Candidate Growth-Related SNPs and Genes Using GWAS and Transcriptome Analyses in Leopard coral grouper

we conducted the GWAS to study the growth traits of leopard coral grouper and develop molecular markers related to growth traits and obtain candidate growth genes in order to achieve the purpose of indirect assisted breeding. At the same time, based om the results of GWAS, transcriptomes were used to analysis the differentially expressed genes between high- and low-weight leopard coral groupers and screen the overlapped key candidate growth genes.
