Aureobasidium melanogenum strain:W5-2 Transcriptome or Gene expression

The black yeast, Aureobasidium melanogenum W5-2, naturally producing massoia lactone (derived from the bark of the Massoia tree) and highly producing in some medium compared to initial medium after fermentation optimization. So the transcriptome of the black yeast in different media were compared to find out the key genes/enzymes involved in the production pathway.
