The aim of the study is to investigate the phylogeny of Antarctic sea spiders belonging to the longitarsal group of the family Colossendeidae using a hybrid enrichment approach. By generating a well-resolved phylogenetic tree, questions on the evolutionary history of the Southern Ocean benthos can be answered.
