Thirty-five species of freshwater fish (N=8 families) were collected across N=75 sampling localities primarily within the White River Basin (AR/MO, USA). A total of 3,241 individuals were genotyped using ddRAD sequencing (Illumina HiSeq 4000). The primary goals were to test for hybridization and population structure.
