Transcriptomic data of Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803 and Chlorogloeopsis fritschii PCC 9212 grown as monoculture or coculture under visible light or far-red light

The project involves transcriptomic data of two cyanobacteria species: Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803 (Syn6803) and Chlorogloeopsis fritschii PCC 9212 (Cf9212). These cyanobacteria were grown either as monoculture or coculture under two light conditions: visible light (VL, wavelength = 400 - 700 nm) and far-red light (FRL, wavelength = 700 - 800 nm). Syn6803 exclusively utilizes visible light for photosynthesis, while Cf9212 can utilize both visible light and far-red light. The primary objective of this dataset is to explore how coculture influences gene expression profiles in these two cyanobacteria under both visible light and far-red light conditions.
