Dissecting the chromosome-level genome of Asian Clam (Corbicula fluminea)

A total of 293.72 Gb polished PacBio data and 233.26 Gb Hi-C data were generated and then assembled into 1.52 Gb genomic sequences. The genome comprised 4,728 contigs with a contig N50 of 521.06 Kb and 1,215 scaffolds with a scaffold N50 of 70.62 Mb, respectively. More than 1.51Gb (99.17%) genomic sequences were anchored to 18 chromosomes, of which 1.40 Gb (92.81%) genomic sequences were definitely ordered and oriented. The genome contains 38,841 coding genes, 32,591 of which (83.91%) were annotated in at least one functional database.
