Soil fungal diversity in agricultural ecosystems

This project focuses on investigating the impacts of climatic change on soil fungal diversity in typical agricultural ecosystems in northwest China. With the use of high-throughput sequencing (HTS) technology, ITS sequencing data was obtained from soil samples collected across agricultural ecosystems experiencing varying precipitation levels. The taxonomic composition of soil fungal communities will be analyzed based on this data.
