Transcript expression of Ruegeria pomeroyi DSS-3 respondes to DMSP and hydrogen peroxide

To study the effect of oxidative stress on the two dimethylsulfoniopropionate (DMSP) catabolic pathways in Ruegeria pomeroyi DSS-3, the wild type strain and a catalase deletion mutant were cultivated in chemostat on glucose with or without DMSP, and then treated with hydrogen peroxide.
