Low-energy magnetic dynamics in the triangular lattice CuMnO2

We propose to conduct a neutron inelastic scattering study on the CuMnO2 triangular magnet. This material is interesting owing to its possible multiferroic nature. We have recently been very successful in modeling and understanding the ground state of NaMnO2 (based on data from MARI) and will use this as a starting model. The entire proposal requests 5 days on MARI.
