These data comprise previously published and additional CTD rosette bottle data including PO₄, Si(OH)₄, NH₃, NO₂, NO₃, δ¹⁸O, δ²H, TA and tCO₂ measurements obtained during the NEG2017 cruise from 23 August 2017 to 11 September 2017. The cruises were part of ongoing research into understanding the interaction between water masses and biogeochemistry on the Northeast Greenland shelf. Where necessary (e.g. tCO₂) samples were spiked with HgCl to eliminate biological changes in the sample. Samples were stored in the dark until analysed.
