This dataset regroups the results of five projects aiming to produce biocomposite packagings from a polymeric matrix (PHBV) and different lignocellulosic fillers stemming from either crop residues (Chercheur d’avenir région Languedoc-Roussillon MALICE and H2020 NoAW), agro-food by-products (FP7 EcoBioCAP), urban parks and gardens green residues (H2020 Resurbis) and pure cellulose (H2020 Usable Packaging). For each of the 88 products described, fabrications steps as well as their components’ principal characteristics (compositions and measurements) are structured thanks to the Process and Observation Ontology (PO²), committed to the representation of transformation processes.
The provided link allows to interrogate the ontology with SPO²Q, a dedicated web service proposing two ways for querying: (1) with an accessible form re-using the associated vocabulary, or (2) directly through queries expressed with the SPARQL language. All data are available at the following SPARQL endpoint: http://quantum.agroparistech.fr/graphdb/repositories/Composite_making_process.
This dataset provides examples of SPARQL queries and their results. SPARQL queries are given in two forms: (1) classical SPARQL queries that can be directly addressed to the SPARQL endpoint; and (2) formatted queries that can be directly executed through SPO²Q. We also present two jupyter notebooks that give examples of how queries can be integrated with more complex python scripts.
This dataset is linked with another dataset presenting the domain ontology used to define the vocabulary and the queries: https://data.inrae.fr/dataset.xhtml?persistentId=doi:10.15454/AIF6TX
