Shallow whole-genome sequencing was performed for 148 individual colonies of Acropora tenuis from five reefs in the central inshore GBR. Reefs included Magnetic Island, Pandora Reef, Pelorus Island, Dunk Island and Fitzroy Island. Allele frequency information from this data was used to infer population structure and demographic history, and to search for signatures of selection.
