Unraveling the Complex Relationship between Host and Microbiome in Brassica napus using Multiomics Analysis

At two locations in China, Yangling (YL) and Kaifang (KF), 175 Brassica napus ecotypes were sown altogether. Both locations' flowering stages were used to collect the samples for the roots and rhizosphere. For root sample analysis, we used RNA sequencing, and for rhizosphere sample analysis, we used 16S amplicon sequencing. We will be able to comprehend how host genes control the diversity and composition of the microbiome in Brassica napus by integrating transcriptome and microbiome data.
