Poecilia formosa Genome sequencing and assembly

Poecilia formosa is an asexual species of fish resulting from an ancient cross between the species P. latipinna and P. mexicana. In this assembly, we use short reads from current individuals of the two parental species to perform trio binning on long reads of P. formosa and assemble a diploid genome.
