Wet chemical surface ozone measurements during POLARSTERN cruise ARK-III/1 (PS07) in 1985

There was a general depletion of ozone towards the pole, as seems to be typical of high latitudes. In the period from May 15 to 26, total ozone depletion occurred at times through the reaction of ozone with bromine, which is possible in spring when the weather is rich in radiation. The device worked reliably. For information on the destinations, see Gersonde (1986).
