Scylla paramamosain Genome sequencing

To explore Scylla paramamosain enviromental adaptation genetically, we assembled and annotated genome by combining Nanopore oxford and Illumian sequencing platforms. Finally we get a high quality genome assembly and annotation, containing fewer gaps and higher BUSCO. In addition, we found several genes and gene families related to its enviromental adaptation.
