Microbial composition in oat rhizosphere

Using oats growing in pots as a model of cattle manure application to grassland, the objectives were to: (1) estimate transfer of N and P from manure to soils (2) investigate microbial community dynamics, especially specific functional microbial groups in response to cattle manure and (3) determine root dynamical morphology changes in response to available nutrients.
