This package provides the empirical data and all the computer code to replicate the analyses, results and main figures of the article: Cantor M, Farine DR, Daura-Jorge FG. 2021 Foraging synchrony drives resilience in human-dolphin mutualism. Each computer code (.R) has, in the subfolder ./data/, an associated database (.RData) composed by multiple objects, whose variables are detailed by their associated READ-ME files (.txt). The code and data are organized in three parts: * Part 1 out of 3: Code and multiplatform data used in the empirical analyses of the dolphin-fisher interaction. See the R code in 01_ANALYSES_Cantor-etal.R, the data in /data/01_DATA_Cantor-etal.RData, and data details in the /data/01_README_Cantor-etal.txt * Part 2 out of 3: Code and long-term data used in the empirical analyses of dolphin and fisher population dynamics. See the R code in 02_ANALYSES_Cantor-etal.R, the data in /data/2_DATA_Cantor-etal.RData, and data details in the /data/02_README_Cantor-etal.txt * Part 3 out of 3: Code and empirical data for the numerical modelling of the persistence of the dolphin-fisher interaction. See the R code in 03_ANALYSES_Cantor-etal.R, the data in /data/03_DATA_Cantor-etal.RData, and data details in the /data/03_README_Cantor-etal.txt. Finally, this package also includes a folder ./Supplementary_Movies with 5 short video clips presented in the Supplementary Material of the article.
