A collection of Bacillus cereus and Bacillus non-anthracis species isolated from blood and cerebrospinal fluid cultures

Here we analyzed whole genome sequencing data for a collection of Bacillus cereus and Bacillus non-anthracis species isolated from blood and cerebrospinal fluid cultures between 2005 and 2014. The goal of this study was to identify genetic biomarkers that distinguish infection causing B. cereus strains from environmental contaminants.
