Aureobasidium melanogenum grown under the acetate and CaCO3 addition

We sequenced the transcriptome of strain, A.melanogenum, under the acetate, CaCO3, and both acetate and CaCO3 addition at 100 h time point of fermentation. The data presented here analyzes the mechanisms of these growth factors' effect on poly malic acid(PMLA) production. It also verifies the previously identified gene in our study, which is hypothesized responsible for the PMLA biosynthesis.
