This dataset includes: A metadata file with a description of the files in this dataset (.rtf) Several versions of the model DomWorld (.exe) Example data from the model DomWorld, raw and augmented with metrics regarding the dominance hierarchy as well as a network analysis (.csv files) Python scripts to run DomWorld in batches and to calculate the various dominance and network related metrics (.py) R-scripts for statistical analysis (.r) and associated datasets (.csv) and plots (.pdf) Please note that the computer model, DomWorld, that was analysed in this study contains stochastic elements that prevent exact reproduction of the data.
