Long noncoding RNA profiling in hemocyte of M. coruscus and its role in response to V. alginolyticus infection

The purpose of this project was to evaluate the transcriptional response to infection in the Vibrio alginolyticus of the Mytilus coruscus by RNA-seq analysis and identify differentially expressed lncRNAs and enriched pathways involved in immune. The results of this study will provide fresh insights into the potential regulation of lncRNAs in immune response of bivalves, as well as contributes to better understanding the disease prevention strategy.
