In order to develop our understanding of hydrogen coordination as a function of pressure within two titanium-chromium-vanadium-molybdenum alloys, Ti10Cr10V75Mo5 and Ti25Cr50V20Mo5, we have recently collected data from Ti10Cr10V75Mo5 on TOSCA [RB 920470] in December 2011, which shows complex competitive absorption on increasing hydrogen pressure. Furthermore it was possible to collect useful data at 200K. In order to fully understand the process of hydrogenation and dehydrogenation, and the movement of the hydrogen between the different co-ordination sites, we request 7 days on TOSCA to improve the measurements on the Ti10Cr10V75Mo5 sample, and also make measurements using the same experimental setup on the Ti25Cr50V20Mo5 sample.
