Marine eukaryote network revealed by high frequency temporal survey in the San Pedro Ocean Time-series station

The short-term variability of microbial eukaryote assemblages were examined, from March to July, at surface water of the San Pedro Ocean Time-Series station (eastern North Pacific), by assessing the V4 region of the 18S rDNA with illumina Miseq.
