Samples of Centropyge heraldi (voucher no. 365) were purchased from local aquarium and originally imported from Philippines. Total genomic DNA was extracted from muscle tissue. Paired-end genomic library was constructed by using Illumina TruSeq DNA PCR-Free Library Preparation Kits and then performed next generation sequencing by Miseq splatform (2X300bp).
