Validation of the effect of filtration volume and repetition of environmental DNA samples on species detection.

Analysis of environmental DNA samples collected from rivers in Kanagawa for aquatic insects. The primers used MtInsect16S, which can specifically amplify aquatic insects, were used.At each of the study sites, water samples were collected in four replicates, each with a different filtration volume, to verify changes in detection rates.
