Molecular responses of calcifying and non-calcifying Antarctic benthic species to Ocean Acidification

The goal of that project was to study the impacts of reduced pH on two species from an Antarctic fjord: the ascidia Cnemidocarpa verrucosa sp. A and the bivalve Aequiyoldia eightsii. Here, we used gene expression profiling to study the responses of these two Antarctic benthic species to Ocean Acidification.
