Comprehensive single-PCR 16S and 18S rRNA community analysis validated with mixed 16S and 18S rRNA mock communities and denoising algorithms

This study aims to test 1) the performance of 515Y/926R and V4 primers using 18S mock communities, 2) the length-based biases through PCR and sequencing using mixed 16S and 18S mock communities, 3) the application of 515Y/926R to environmental samples.
