Docker Container to setup modelling environment and create results for a 1-D-model

DOI

The Dumux source code is provided in a docker container, which compiles and produces an executable, which models heat transport and water flow from the atmosphere to the subsurface. The needed boundary and initial conditions for four locations, modeled in our paper "Vadose Zone Journal Submission VZJ-2023-06-0046-OA" are provided and can be calculated.

We provide source code in a docker container. Theoretically, the content can be also installed outside a container, but the container makes sure, compilation works. How to work with the container, is described in the README.md. All data needed is provided in one zip-folder. To work with other data, boundary condition files and soil property files must be prepared in an analogue way. In the previous version, dataset 2 and 3 had been mixed up, which is corrected now.
