DNA methylation in wild Baltic three-spined sticklebacks (Gasterosteus aculeatus)

Wild juvenile three-spined sticklebacks (Gasterosteus aculeatus) were caught at three different locations with different salinity regimes from the Baltic Sea. These individuals were sacrificed and gill tissue was dissected. Reduced representation bisulfite sequencing was conducted on DNA extracted from whole gill tissue. This data is used in several different analyses.
