Within the framework of the ACCOBAMS agreement, a partnership of Italian and Tunisian research bodies is investigating the presence of cetaceans, and the relationship with maritime traffic, within the region comprise among Tunisia-Sicily-Sardinia considered a critical habitat for cetacean species.
