RNA-sequencing of skin and brain in Paralichthys olivaceus farmed in deep ocean water

The aims of this study is to address the impact of deep ocean water on transcriptome of Paralichthys olivaceus skin and brain. The datasets are consist of the skin and brain isolated from Paralichthys olivaceus that were farmed in normal sea water or deep ocean water. Total RNA was extracted by using QIAGEN RNeasy mini kit. Next generation sequencing was performed by using HiSeq2500 (Paired-end)
