Seasonal shifts of microbial methane oxidation in Arctic shelf waters above gas seeps (Svalbard archipelago) (16S)

Our project aims at studying the microbial commmunities thriving in Arctic shelf waters above methane gas seeps west of Svalbard. We are using an amplicon-based approach to analyze the 16S diversity of the communities. Within the same project, pmoA libraries are also available on SRA.
