In recent years there has been a large interest in geometrically frustrated magnetic systems, especially those with spins interacting on two-dimensional triangular lattices (2D-TL). PdCrO2 is such a system and crystallises in the delafossite structure which consists of alternate stacks of triangular lattice Pd and a triangular lattice of edge-shared CrO6 octahedra. We now wish to measure the diffuse magnetic scattering above TN arising from the short-range magnetic correlations, which persist well above the ordering temperature. We will compare these results to our experimentally determined Fermi surface measurement and our experimentally verified electronic structure calculations
