OLA's Database Datatypes modeling diagrams

DOI

The OLA database contains data collected on 4 peri-alpine lakes (Lakes Aiguebelette, Annecy, Bourget, Geneva/Léman) and 24 high-altitude lakes of the northen French Alps and Pyrenees mountains. The OLA database was designed according to a relational model. Each type of data is modeling in the same way, so generic as possible. The modeling of each type of data is provided here in the form of relational diagrams. The modeling schemes here relate to physical- chemistry, phytoplankton, zooplankton, chlorophyll, primary production, multiparameter probes and general sampling conditions. A general diagram (OLA_DATABASE-API-Modeling.pdf) completes these diagrams by data type, making it possible to see the relationships and constraints between the different tables of the model.
