Shipboard measured alkalinity (see e.g. datasets: doi:10.1594/PANGAEA.256173 and doi:10.1594/PANGAEA.256174) is included for comparison with the sum of CO2 yields, with the difference possibly indicating the extent of CO2 loss from the pore water prior to analysis for CO2.
