Nuclear partial sequence data of the wild population in medaka

We developed a new genotyping by sequencing method using PCR amplicon with short primers. Applying the method, we examined the genotypes in the nuclear SNPs in the medaka, Oryzias latipes species complex. An average of 2.65 million reads per sample was sequenced using by Hiseq X 150 bp, paired end. We can obtain 5728 informative SNPs with no missing for 67 individuals in the wild populations and artificial strains, including 12 wild populations in Oryzias latipes, 3 wild populations in Oryzias sakaizumii, Hd-rR, HNI, and Himedaka strain.
