Transcriptome data of the three strains

Multiple cellular metabolic pathways were altered by CC2 in S. aureus ATCC29213, B. cereus Y1, and Vibrio parahaemolyticus ATCC17802, and comparative transcriptome analysis indicate that the energy supply and carbon source utilization of the tested strains are inhibited, and the synthesis ability of cell walls and membranes decreases
