This dataset was used to assess the (i) the germination capacity of wild populations vs landraces, (ii) the trend of heat-tolerance on the European/North African landscape, and (iii) seek there genetic bases. The collection comprises pool-seq genetic data and individual phenotypic data of germination time at two different temperatures (measured in controlled conditions). See details in the paper.
