This dataset contains transcripts of interviews with 14 general practitioners, doctor' s assistants and support staff from general practices on the implementation and effectiveness of synchronous chat in general practice.

The data are sensitive since they involve personal information of personnel of general practices. There are restrictions on use by commercial parties and on sharing openly, based on (inter)national laws and regulations and written informed consent. Therefore these data (and additional clinical data) are only available upon signing a Data Transfer Agreement (see Terms of Access).
