Effects of salinity acclimation on expression profiles of lncRNA in regenerated scales of young rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss)

In order to evaluate whether the regeneration of O. mykiss scales was affected by salinity changes, we used Illumina sequencing platform to detect the expression of LncRNA in O. mykiss regenerated scales acclimated by salinity, screened DE lncRNAs, and identified classification annotation of DE lncRNAs and functional enrichment analysis of related target genes based on GO annotation and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis to identify novel calcium regulators or bone homeostasis factors.
