Eelgrass sediment microbiome for nitrogen cycle and vitamin B12

We investigate the abundances and community structures of microbiome involving in nitrogen cycle (ammonia oxidization, nitrite oxidization, nitrous oxide reduction) and production of vitamin B12 in eelgrass sediments.
