Kivalliq sediment metagenomes Metagenome

This work provides insight into the microbial community composition and bioremediation potential of bacteria enriched by crude oil in mock oil spill microcosms inoculated by Canadian subarctic marine sediments from the Kivalliq region. Microcosms were incubated at 4 degrees Celsius to mimic the naturally low temperatures in this region.
