Juvenile O. mykiss samples were collected from the Eel River, CA and sequenced using RAD-Capture (Rapture). The project goals included characterizing the genetic structure of the sampled population, characterizing migration phenotypes, and exploring the relationships between genetic variation, sex, migration, and environmental variables. Understanding these relationships can provide insight into the ecology of O. mykiss and factors important for the resilience and long-term persistence of the species.
