ISIS-Fish database and simulation of the Toulon's common white seabream (Diplodus sargus_sargus) fisheries to assess nursery function rehabilitation

DOI

We have developed a modelling tool encompassing fish population dynamics and fisheries management to assess the consequence of implementing artificial structures within port areas, in comparison to fishing regulation measures, on coastal fish populations. This modelling work is based on the ISIS-Fish simulation tool. Using the model we run four management scenarios accounting for uncertainty on a set of parameters including biological and fishing parameters. The data relating to this work includes 1) the Isis-Fish database relating to each scenario 2)  parameters values required to carry out the sensitivity analysis and 3) four ISIS-Fish simulations  (one per scenario). All the data are reprodutible using ISIS-Fish version 4.4.7.6. This metadata are related with a research article and a supportting information explaining the setting of the model and scenarios available here : https://hal.science/hal-04608900.
